Easy Returns

Here at Murphy's Garden Centre, we wish to ensure that all goods supplied meet the needs of our customers. Should you need to return an item(s) to us, please refer to the terms and conditions outlined below.

FAULTY GOODS

  • If your goods are faulty your are entitled replacement or repair.
  • All items (unless otherwise stated) come with a 12 month warranty
  • If you have a faulty item, please notify Murphy's Garden Centre by email using our Contact Us page
  • Provide us with the order #, the item and a brief description of the fault
  • Customers can then opt to:
    • pay the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises
    • or alternatively they can drop the goods in-store (please check in advance that we have item in stock)

CHANGE OF MIND

  • Customers have 14 days form receiving their order to return the goods to us for a full refund of the cost of the item (excluding the delivery fee)
  • Please notify Murphy's Garden Centre by email using our Contact Us page
  • Provide us with the order #, the item and detail your intention to return the product
  • Customers can then opt to:
    • pay the shipping costs involved in returning the item(s) to our premises
    • or alternatively they can drop the goods to us in-store
  • Customers must return the goods where they are fit for resale and in its original and undamaged packaging.
  • Refunds can only be paid on the same payment card or paypal account used to place the order.

CONDITIONS

  • Murphy's Garden Centre reserves the right to inspect all returned goods
  • Your statutory rights are not affected

How to Return a Damaged or Incorrect Item:

If your item arrives broken or damaged, if you receive the wrong product, or if your product is defective in any way, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to us at no cost to you. Once the item is received back to the store we will contact you to organise a replacement or refund. To return a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please email grow@murphysgardencentre.com or call Rory on 087 255 9478 to arrange pick-up.

3 Easy Ways to Exchange or Return Your Unwanted Purchase:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. So if you decide that your purchase is not going to work out or you simply don’t want it anymore, you can return the new and unused item to us for an exchange or refund.

1. Return To Any Murphys Garden Centre  Store

For exchanges only – simply bring a copy of your e-mailed receipt along with the item to any of our Murphys Garden Centre  branches for an exchange.

2. Return By Post Or Courier

Send the item back to us via post or courier, making sure you include your order number and also a contact phone number in the package. When we receive the item back to the store and there is no sign of wear or damage, we will call you to arrange your refund or exchange. The address to return packages to is:

3. Let Us Do It For You

Don’t have time to go to the post office? Call us on 0872559478 and we will arrange for the item to be picked up and brought to us using our courier. This is at a cost of €6.50, which will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded or the exchange amount.

Please Note: All items to be exchanged must be returned in their original condition, including the manufacturer’s packaging, tags, documentation and any accessories. Packages must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
